Shipping Rates and Delivery:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments:

  • Surron North America is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure its safe and timely delivery.
  • In the event that your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist in this process but cannot guarantee a resolution.
